These Terms and Conditions govern all yacht charter services, bookings, and experiences provided by Dahya Yachts. By confirming a reservation through our website, sales team, or any authorized communication channel, the client agrees to comply with the policies outlined on this page.

These conditions apply to private yacht rentals, corporate events, celebrations, and customized charter experiences operated by Dahya Yachts within the United Arab Emirates.

Booking and Reservation Policy

All yacht charters are subject to availability and confirmation by Dahya Yachts. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required booking details are submitted and the agreed payment has been successfully received.

Dahya Yachts reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if operational limitations, safety concerns, or regulatory restrictions prevent the charter from proceeding as requested.

Identification Requirements

All guests may be required to present valid identification before boarding the yacht in accordance with UAE maritime regulations.

Accepted identification may include a passport for international visitors or an Emirates ID for UAE residents. Dahya Yachts reserves the right to deny boarding if identification requirements requested by authorities are not met.

Payment Terms

Charter payments must be completed within the agreed payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Depending on the booking type, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure the reservation.

Additional services such as catering, themed decorations, entertainment arrangements, or special event setups may incur additional charges.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Charter Duration and Arrival Time

The charter duration begins at the confirmed departure time and concludes at the scheduled return time.

Guests are advised to arrive at the designated marina location at least 15 to 20 minutes before the departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process. Late arrival may result in reduced charter time while the original booking schedule remains unchanged.

Guest Capacity and Safety Compliance

Each yacht operates under strict capacity limits approved by maritime authorities. The total number of guests onboard must not exceed the permitted capacity of the vessel.

These safety limits are mandatory and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Dahya Yachts reserves the right to cancel or terminate a charter if the guest count exceeds the approved limit.

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult throughout the charter.

Guest Conduct and Responsibility

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward crew members, equipment, and onboard facilities during the charter.

Activities that violate UAE laws or compromise safety are strictly prohibited. The captain has full authority to terminate the charter without refund if guest conduct poses safety risks, damages property, or disrupts the operation of the vessel.

Any intentional or negligent damage caused to the yacht, its equipment, or onboard facilities may be charged to the booking party.

Weather and Operational Conditions

All yacht charters operate subject to weather conditions, maritime authority approvals, and technical readiness of the vessel.

Dahya Yachts reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a charter due to unfavorable weather conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or government maritime restrictions.

In such situations, clients may be offered an alternative booking time or an appropriate refund.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation requests must be communicated through the official contact channels of Dahya Yachts.

Bookings cancelled within the allowed notice period may qualify for rescheduling or partial refund depending on the charter agreement. Late cancellations or failure to arrive at the departure location at the scheduled time may be treated as a no show and may not be eligible for refund.

Liability and Legal Compliance

Dahya Yachts maintains the required insurance coverage for its vessels and operations as required under UAE maritime regulations.

However, the company shall not be responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the charter. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

All onboard activities must comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any violations that lead to penalties, fines, or disruption of the charter may be the responsibility of the booking party.
